Selling on the Telephone
This is a two day programme targeted primarily at incoming calls. The sessions include establishing the relationship; the outgoing call; identifying needs; selling benefits; overcoming objections; closing the sale.
Customer Relations on the phone
This is a one-day programme and topics include customers’ likes; basic principles of customer care; selling a service on the telephone; creating impressions with our voice and our words; techniques for establishing relationships; being sensitive to moods.
Mini-Network
Introducing a mini-network -a unique kit that enables up to 8 people to role-play at once. We use our mini-network for role-plays in ‘Selling on the Telephone’ and ‘Customer Relations on the phone’ above – ensuring the training is practical and relevant.
