Award For Customer Service Professionals (ACSP)

The Award for Customer Service Professionals is an accredited course that leads to certification by ABP (Association of Business Practitioners) a UK awarding body.
It is a foundation course targeted at all those who come into contact with customers – both internal and external.

The course provides all the knowledge and skills needed to deliver excellent customer service in any sector of industry. It helps participants improve their skills by carrying out relevant, work-based activities involving customers in their organizations.

The Award for Customer Service Professionals is a nine module course that is delivered either face to face over a four-day period or on-line over a 10-week period.

The programme is made up of the following modules:

  1. Basic Concepts of Customer Services
  2. Developing Relationships with your Customers
  3. Customer Service in Different Organisations
  4. Features and Benefits
  5. Communication
  6. Service Excellence through Teamwork
  7. Systems for Delivering Service Excellence
  8. Laws and Codes of Practise
  9. The You Factor

At the end of the course, participants carry out an on-line assessment, which if successful, earn them certification by ABP.
